Requirements

Responsibilities

The Web Developer & CRO Lead will architect fast, reliable, scalable front ends, translate Figma designs into production-ready code, and maintain Core Web Vitals. Responsibilities include optimizing front-end performance, instrumenting Core Web Vitals monitoring, configuring Cloudflare, and integrating dynamic landing pages via HubSpot APIs. The role involves leading on-page conversion rate optimization, including crafting hypotheses, implementing A/B tests, analyzing data, and iterating to improve conversion metrics. The developer will also write modular, documented, test-backed code, own end-to-end A/B testing cycles, streamline repetitive tasks, evaluate and adopt AI tools, and critically review designs to identify high-impact layouts and interactions.
