Responsibilities

The Executive Business Administrator will support and work closely with the Chief Information Officer, managing complex calendars, vetting and prioritizing meetings, and transforming meeting descriptions into comprehensive agendas. Responsibilities include maintaining constant communication, proactively flagging items for CIO attention, monitoring direct reports' updates, tracking expectations from functional peers, and supporting departmental reporting. The role involves extensive use of AI tools for productivity, coordinating all aspects of travel, processing expense reports, identifying potential challenges and opportunities, resolving logistical needs with PeopleOps and IT, and assisting with the full life cycle of recruiting.
