The Executive Assistant to the CEO will manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and correspondence, and book travel and accommodations for the CEO and executive team events. They will collaborate with the Chief of Staff to align the CEO's work with company goals, and support the Senior Leadership team with scheduling and follow-ups. Responsibilities also include planning company-wide events and leadership offsites, overseeing the NYC office operations, partnering with the People team on cultural events, and driving ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks across various teams.
