Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in a technical product management role, along with experience in fund administration or private markets investing, although this is not required. A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent, is necessary, demonstrating the ability to define and ship complex products iteratively and in an agile manner. Comfort working with diverse levels of detail and a willingness to master both high-level vision and specific edge cases are also essential.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, you will entrepreneurially define how AI will transform back-office operations for private investment funds, developing a roadmap by balancing customer needs and internal requirements. You will develop deep empathy for customer and internal team needs through close collaboration, ship features and improvements frequently, and work cross-functionally with various teams to roll out new capabilities and drive adoption. This includes collaborating with fund accounting and investor services teams and working with customers to understand their needs.
