Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the data or software industry, with a proven history of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs with System Integration partners. Strong skills in storytelling, positioning, and navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments are essential, along with a builder mindset focused on creating structure and driving measurable outcomes. A broad understanding of integrated marketing strategies is also required.

Responsibilities

The Partner Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of co-marketing campaigns, programs, and events with System Integration partners globally. This role involves collaborating with internal teams like Revenue Marketing, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to align go-to-market plans, building relationships with partner marketing counterparts, and developing joint messaging and co-branded assets such as blogs, webinars, and solution briefs. Responsibilities also include creating internal enablement materials for sales teams, understanding partner business strategies to design mutually beneficial programs, setting and tracking OKRs, delivering quarterly performance reviews, and developing tailored annual go-to-market marketing plans for individual partners.
