Responsibilities

The Program Operations Coordinator will ensure seamless day-to-day program operations for their region, prioritizing client goals and needs. This role involves supporting the Client Success team by managing internal expectations and client communications, serving as the primary contact for tech development, and escalating/resolving product issues. Responsibilities also include maintaining consistent communication with clients and device partners, reviewing ongoing needs, providing solutions, analyzing and presenting key results, and delivering technical and data-driven messages. The coordinator will develop expertise in demand management, DERs, and program success drivers, while also providing administrative support such as report preparation, invoicing assistance, and documentation maintenance. Additionally, they will help standardize and automate operational processes, support EV make-ready programs with reporting and data verification, troubleshoot operational challenges, and perform other assigned duties.
