Proven ability to work proactively, as a self-starter, and navigate corporate matrixed management structures is necessary. A Master's degree, previous Chief of Staff experience, or experience in high-tech, software, or automotive industries will provide a competitive advantage.
The Chief of Staff will manage strategic and tactical business activities for senior executive staff, assist in executing work commitments, and develop presentations and briefing materials. Responsibilities include organizing business operations, driving efficient processes, developing multi-year business strategies, managing the portfolio/business planning process, and summarizing project business cases. The role involves assessing initiative execution, analyzing key operating metrics, handling special assignments, conducting presentations for all management levels, and implementing process improvements. The Chief of Staff must be able to work in ambiguous environments, run cross-functional projects, solve problems, and anticipate future needs.
