Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in project management, strategy, or related business fields. Expertise with Microsoft Tools and demonstrated experience communicating with senior executive stakeholders are essential. Hands-on technical or industry experience in technology, software development, or a related field is required, along with strong management, communication, creativity, problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills. A Master's degree, previous Chief of Staff experience, or experience in high-tech, software, or automotive industries will provide a competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

The Chief of Staff will manage strategic and tactical business activities for senior executive staff, assist in executing work commitments, and develop presentations and briefing materials. Responsibilities include organizing business operations, driving efficient processes, developing multi-year business strategies, managing the portfolio/business planning process, and summarizing project business cases. The role involves assessing initiative execution, analyzing key operating metrics, handling special assignments, conducting presentations for all management levels, and implementing process improvements. The Chief of Staff must be able to work in ambiguous environments, run cross-functional projects, solve problems, and anticipate future needs.
