Requirements

Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant to the SVP of Operations will directly support the SVP by maintaining focus and eliminating distractions, collaborate extensively with the leadership team while taking ownership of various responsibilities, manage the SVP’s calendar, provide administrative support by creating and facilitating presentations, establish and maintain a comprehensive filing system, prioritize and assign work to department staff, respond to inquiries and facilitate agenda items, collect and propel the execution of key decisions, arrange travel plans, create expense reports, plan for and assist with offsites, prepare documents for signature and presentations, prioritize conflicting requests and handle matters proactively, swiftly, and to completion while meeting deadlines, review and respond to emails on behalf of the SVP, and provide assistance to other Executive Assistants as needed.
