Requirements

Candidates should have 4–7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management roles, with experience in custom manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or dental/medical devices being a plus. Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL, Looker, and Excel, are required, as well as comfort operating in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Mandarin reading and speaking proficiency is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, the candidate will be responsible for designing and executing the capacity planning framework to enable 10x volume growth across multiple third-party labs, developing and refining the lab usage and investment strategy, owning daily and weekly on-time ship rates and lab quality metrics, leading operational escalation response, identifying systemic gaps in lab execution and implementing process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and responsive lab operations. They will also be responsible for travel to China on a quarterly basis.
