Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize support tickets for Clinical Delivery teams, ensuring timely resolution and escalation. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Serve as a technical resource for the Clinical Delivery team, supporting data visualization and making data insights accessible. Maintain ticket documentation and track resolutions to identify improvement opportunities. Analyze trends in support tickets and operational metrics to identify systemic issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. Support operational analytics projects from initiation to completion, tracking objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Assist clinical operations by identifying risks and forecasting demand for services and resources. Participate in cross-functional project meetings and maintain project documentation. Monitor project risks and escalate concerns to ensure on-time delivery.
