Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in a management role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Experience with strategic planning, performance management, and operational improvement methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

As the Manager of Business Operations, you will lead cross-functional planning and execution to ensure company-wide alignment around strategic priorities, partner with the analytics team to develop and operationalize models, identify and close performance gaps across departments, and oversee the development and scaling of internal systems and tools. You will also support the development and scaling of OKRs and cross-functional initiative tracking to promote alignment and accountability, and drive operational excellence by diagnosing root causes of KPI shifts and surfacing bottlenecks impacting growth.
