Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in stock plan administration or compensation for a publicly traded company with a market capitalization of $2-5 billion or more. Proficiency in Excel, extensive experience with third-party equity administration software (preferably E*TRADE), strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience with US and foreign tax issues related to equity compensation and payroll tax are required. Experience with SOX compliance and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Stock Administration Manager will oversee the administration, communication, and compliance of the company's employee equity incentive and employee stock purchase programs. This includes managing daily equity plan administration, ensuring compliance with plan terms, maintaining equity database integrity, and liaising with the transfer agent. The role involves responding to participant inquiries, managing international and US tax withholding and reporting, maintaining equity grant balances, conducting Black-Scholes valuations, and assisting with month-end close calculations and regulatory filings. Responsibilities also include performing equity account reconciliations, providing SOX control reporting, generating various reports for internal stakeholders and the Compensation Committee, and assisting Legal with Section 16 filings, grant agreements, trading blackouts, and proxy statement preparation.
