The Opportunity

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition based in Israel. This role is responsible for prospecting and closing new business across Israel. You will identify, nurture, and close opportunities with new customers, manage forecasts, and track customer data. We emphasize a consultative sales approach, prioritizing understanding customer needs before discussing products. Your expertise will be crucial in articulating product value, guiding customers through the trial phase, and ensuring a smooth handover to our Growth team. A technical background and prior experience selling technical products are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Cultivate sales through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Understand and effectively convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
  • Manage your sales pipeline accurately in Salesforce.
  • Handle quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer).
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious team player.
  • Adaptable with demonstrable experience in high-velocity technology companies.
  • Excellent communication skills across all channels (in-person, online, written).
  • Ability to form strong working relationships, both in-person and virtually.

Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with open-source technology.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • OTE Compensation Range (Israel): ILS 782,000 - ILS 900,000. Actual compensation will be determined by level, experience, and skillset.
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs): All roles include RSUs, providing ownership in Grafana Labs' success.
