Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have over 10 years of progressive sales operations experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. A proven track record of scaling sales operations in high-growth environments, experience designing and managing sales compensation plans, and leading cross-functional teams are essential. Strong background in B2B SaaS or technology, advanced Salesforce experience, proficiency in sales analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills are required. Experience with revenue intelligence platforms, translating complex data into actionable strategies, sales forecasting methodologies, and predictive analytics are also necessary. Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder management, project management, change management capabilities, and strong communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Sales Operations will drive sales operations strategy aligned with company growth objectives and market expansion, owning sales forecasting accuracy and pipeline predictability. This role involves developing and executing sales performance frameworks, leading and scaling a team of sales operations professionals and analysts, and partnering with CRM product managers. Responsibilities include driving organizational change management for sales transformation initiatives, fostering a data-driven culture, designing and optimizing end-to-end sales processes, implementing advanced sales analytics, leading sales territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling, and establishing sales governance frameworks. Additionally, the role involves monitoring compensation plan effectiveness, owning the relationship with Salesforce Corporate Systems, ensuring data integrity and advanced reporting, driving automation initiatives, and implementing compensation tracking systems and deal approval workflow automation.
