The Senior Sales Operations Lead will partner with Customer Success leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives, design and optimize scalable processes, and align with cross-functional teams to drive operational consistency. Responsibilities include building reporting frameworks to track KPIs, analyzing customer trends to identify risks and opportunities, and developing enablement programs for Customer Success Managers. This role involves supporting sales operations, improving the predictability of CS-led revenue, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement by enabling best practices.
