Proven experience as a successful Sales Operations leader or in a similar leadership role is essential, along with demonstrated expertise in sales target setting, forecasting, territory planning and alignments, and compensation management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on data-driven decision-making, the ability to optimize sales processes and implement sales technologies, excellent communication and collaboration skills, high ethics and integrity, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote role are also required.
The Senior Manager, Sales Operations will provide strategic leadership and direction for the sales operations function, including sales reporting and analytics, incentive compensation, sales force sizing, targeting, and deployment, and sales forecasting. This role involves leading and coordinating critical sales operations activities, analyzing and optimizing end-to-end sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness, and building timely, accurate sales data analysis and reports to aid business decision-making. Responsibilities also include developing sales force structure and territory alignments, collaborating with sales leadership on accurate sales forecasts and plans, overseeing the design and administration of sales compensation plans, and working with other departments to ensure alignment of sales operations with business objectives. They will ensure successful implementation of new programs through the sales organization by establishing well-defined, efficient sales processes for launch.
