The Revenue Planning & Forecasting Lead should possess a strong understanding of revenue planning methodologies, forecasting techniques, and business operations. Experience with territory design, quota-setting frameworks, and pipeline management is essential, along with the ability to build and maintain accurate forecasting models. Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools are also required.
This role involves leading the annual and long-range planning processes, including territory design and scalable quota-setting frameworks, aligning sales goals with organizational growth targets, establishing and maintaining high-accuracy forecasting models, partnering with Revenue leaders for pipeline reviews, monitoring revenue KPIs, owning revenue and capacity models, leading business reviews, conducting retrospective variance analyses, and delivering mitigation strategies when needed.
