Responsibilities

The Director of Revenue Optimization will build and lead a new business unit focused on listing optimization, dynamic pricing, and guest confidence. This role involves designing a scalable audit framework to evaluate listing desirability, collaborating with engineers to train AI models for listing assessment, and partnering with listings and operations teams to drive improvements. Responsibilities include overseeing pricing strategy, developing owner incentives for competitive pricing, driving initiatives to increase trust and social proof, and automating optimization pipelines. The Director will own performance metrics at both listing and portfolio levels, utilizing AI-driven scoring and daily optimization loops.
