Requirements

Candidates should possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, with an MBA being a plus. A minimum of 7 years of experience in operations roles, specifically within SaaS cybersecurity companies, is required, along with a proven ability to lead and develop teams. General knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, its sales processes, and experience supporting a channel-led sales motion are necessary. Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales support tools like Clari, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and Outreach is essential. Strong analytical and modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, along with expertise in presentation platforms such as PowerPoint or Google Slides, are required. Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Director, Global Sales Operations will oversee the internal sales forecasting process, facilitate leadership meetings, and provide business visibility into projections. They will analyze sales rep and support team data to identify areas for improvement and implement cross-functional solutions to boost operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with RevTech and Enablement teams to maximize technology stack value, documenting expectations, and ensuring user awareness of changes. Responsibilities include contributing to annual planning, modeling bookings targets, capacity planning, territory management, and developing compensation plans. The Director will manage and develop a team of SalesOps specialists, prioritizing projects and setting realistic timelines. They will also partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Deal Desk teams to drive cross-functional alignment, improvement, and standardization.
