Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of management consulting experience, or a similar role with exposure to strategy, operations, or transformation work. Strong business acumen, proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, excellent communication and executive presence, comfort navigating ambiguity, and experience with data tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau are required. Familiarity with process mapping and optimization is also necessary. An MBA or advanced degree, prior work experience in corporate strategy, business operations, or business transformation, and healthcare industry experience are preferred.
The Strategy & Operations Director will lead strategic initiatives from ideation through execution, including growth strategies, operational improvements, and organizational transformation. They will partner with executive and senior leadership to define business priorities, develop strategic roadmaps, and align cross-functional teams. This role involves driving end-to-end execution by leading teams, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring accountability. Responsibilities also include translating insights into action by designing and implementing scalable processes, performance metrics, and change management plans, as well as driving operational rigor through KPI development and business reviews. Collaboration with Finance, Product, and other departments for forecasts and resource allocation, supporting executive decision-making with presentations and business cases, and owning post-initiative impact tracking are key duties. Additionally, the director will monitor industry trends and internal performance data to identify opportunities and inefficiencies.
