Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and have 13-15 years of sales or related industry experience. Strong knowledge of category management principles, the ability to develop and manage integrated customer business plans, and expertise in problem-solving, analytical skills, time management, business planning, profit management, and trade budget management are required. Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Retail Sales will lead executive relationships with a portfolio of regionally specific customers in the Large Store channel, focusing on both existing accounts and new business acquisition. Responsibilities include delivering net revenue, gross profit, and volume objectives by optimizing Availability, Merchandising, Pricing, and Shelving (AMPS) performance. The role involves leading the Long Range Planning process and annual plan achievement through a team of region sales associates, influencing pricing architecture, package plans, and promotional activities. Additionally, the position requires coaching the sales team with a general management lens, fostering sales capability building, monitoring team performance with Finance, coordinating category management strategy, leveraging third-party sales agents, representing the company in industry groups, and providing day-to-day oversight and talent acquisition support for the sales division.
