A deep understanding of digital advertising auction dynamics and bidding strategies, comprehensive knowledge of audience targeting, segmentation, and persona development, and familiarity with marketing funnel optimization and conversion tracking are required. Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and creative testing methodologies, along with experience in paid social, PPC, programmatic advertising, TikTok, Spotify, and OOH, is also necessary.
The Senior Digital Media Analyst will develop comprehensive paid media strategies across paid social, PPC, and programmatic channels based on client objectives, budget, and target audiences. They will execute and manage campaigns in platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic DSPs. This role involves analyzing campaign metrics, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing data-driven improvements to maximize ROI. Additionally, the analyst will prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients, manage media budgets, serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, and coordinate campaigns across multiple channels for consistent messaging and optimal audience targeting.
