Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in paid social media buying and planning
  • Experience in paid social planning and buying across at least 2 social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, etc
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability and appetite to learn additional social platforms and other media channels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to clients and internal teams
  • Ability to take initial direction, then transition to a more independent work style
  • Excel skills: comfort with pivot tables and large datasets is a must
  • Proven ability to navigate client communication with senior stakeholders
  • Certifications in digital marketing and/or social media strategy are a plus (Meta Blueprint Buying and Planning Certifications, Snap Focus, Google Analytics Certification, etc.)
  • Ecommerce, Luxury, or Fashion experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop full funnel paid social strategies that align with client objectives, encompass marketplace trends, and adhere to best practices
  • Proficient in building out tactical strategy, platform selection, audience building, content mapping and flight recommendation
  • Ability to source, pull and compile competitive, marketplace, platform, audience and campaign performance research that guides media plan strategy
  • Establish and evolve your clients’ paid social strategy, including but not limited to: Learning Agendas, A/B Testing, Pixel Tagging & Event Management, client KPI and goal setting, campaign and audience optimizations
  • Analyze multi-platform campaign performance to provide detailed insights, key learnings and recommendations
  • Act as a trusted touch point with our clients, platform partners & cross-functional teams regarding campaign strategy within the respective vertical
  • Prepares and presents strategic / tactical plans and recommendations and is comfortable sharing with the clients and internal team members
  • Maintain open and productive communications with platform partners, ensuring our campaigns are of the highest standard
