Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of relevant experience in an integrated media role within an eCommerce brand or agency, with a preference for DTC experience. They must possess 4+ years of experience leading the analysis and interpretation of media performance across various paid channels, including digital, TV/CTV, social, search, influencer, and affiliate. Expertise in building and maintaining executive-ready dashboards and reports that link media investments to key performance indicators such as CAC, CPA, LTV, ROAS, and topline revenue is essential. Exceptional proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with and analyze large datasets quickly, accurately, and efficiently, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Media Analyst will lead the analysis and interpretation of media performance across all paid channels, providing insights to support brand media planning and evaluate media mix effectiveness. This role involves developing frameworks for spend allocation, translating insights from tools like MTA and Campaign Manager into actionable media strategies, and collaborating with performance and data teams to align test-and-learn agendas and improve creative-to-media continuity. Responsibilities also include building executive-ready dashboards and reports that tie media investments to key KPIs, delivering proactive recommendations for optimization, and tracking market and competitive activity to inform strategy shifts.
