Requirements

Candidates should have 2-4 years of paid social activation experience across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, X, YouTube, or LinkedIn. Experience activating paid social campaigns for awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives, as well as buying ads on social platforms, is required. Proficiency in pixel generation, placement recommendation, data hygiene, analysis, and visualization in Google Sheets/Excel is necessary. The ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and meet deadlines, along with excellent communication skills, is essential. Digital marketing or social media strategy certifications are a plus. Candidates are strongly preferred to be based in the New York City metropolitan area and required to be within the Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities

The Senior Paid Social Specialist will build, launch, and optimize campaigns across major social platforms, ensuring flawless execution. They will collaborate on media planning, manage campaign budget pacing, and perform campaign quality assurance. Responsibilities include building and delivering weekly and ad hoc reports with insights and recommendations, pulling data, and analyzing performance. The specialist will stay updated on new paid social product offerings and trends, recommend performance improvements, and leverage creative assets for ad placement builds. They will also monitor social platforms for performance updates and anomalies and support A/B testing initiatives.
