Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of consistent end-user strategic account management experience with a Rolodex of C-Suite contacts. A proven track record of leading a matrixed organization to sell sophisticated Enterprise Software solutions is required, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to forge and maintain strong business relationships from IT to the C-Suite and proven experience in using quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify new sales opportunities are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Corporate Account Manager will drive strategic C-Suite relationships, high retention rates, and overall revenue growth within their assigned book of named accounts. Responsibilities include leading a team of solution sales specialists, developing strategic account strategies, expanding business relationships beyond IT and Procurement into the C-Suite, and cultivating, maintaining, and growing the existing client base. The role involves selling into multiple levels of an organization, performing outbound prospecting, engaging customers daily, maintaining an active pipeline to meet quota objectives, leading weekly operational processes, and working cross-functionally with various Adobe groups to provide customer feedback and drive revenue opportunities.
