Candidates should have 1-3 years of enterprise BDR/SDR prospecting experience and experience engaging executive-level stakeholders. Excellent phone, email, and social prospecting skills, strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills, a self-starter mentality with comfort in an evolving environment, and proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Zooinfo, or other prospecting tools are required.
The Enterprise Business Development Representative will manage their territory, prioritize key accounts, and collaborate with the larger team to build an outbound operation and break into large employers. They will understand the pain points of benefit leaders, CHROs, and CFOs and build connections that result in qualified pipeline, leveraging marketing programs and tools to maximize outreach efficiency.
