High degree of independence in performing work
Ability to identify and use the most effective, cost-efficient, and best business practices
Experienced level of technical proficiencies and performance compared to all Clinical Specialists in the region
Ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise
Thorough command of all EP products, related product and technical knowledge, trends, and players
Leadership and mentoring skills for less experienced Clinical Specialists
Continuous development of engineering, sales, and technical skills relative to Arrhythmia Management strategy

Responsibilities

Acts as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business
Identifies, reports, and advises on customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to sales representatives/directors and management
Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to complex field inquiries on an as-needed basis
Develops, leads, and/or facilitates trainings and programs on EP products for healthcare professionals
Provides insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and next-generation products
Provides regional EP procedural case coverage
Provides back-up support to EP Sales Representatives in sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training
Mentors and provides leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists
Monitors performance and reports status to manager
Exercises independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work
