Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Field Application Engineer will provide onsite technical support for large-scale AI solution deployments in data centers, addressing complex hardware and deployment issues. This role involves acting as a technical specialist for GPU and networking products, supporting sales teams, and building technical relationships with customer engineers, management, and architects. Responsibilities also include identifying customer architectures and product requirements in the enterprise AI market, delivering technical and sales training to sales teams and channel partners, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams.
