Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience, along with a current RRT license. Prior experience training or educating healthcare professionals and experience in the Medical Device Industry as a Clinical Specialist are highly preferred. In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products are also preferred. Candidates must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and obtain any other required vaccinations for vendor credentialing.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Application Specialist will act as a subject matter expert for product use in key market segments to support revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education, developing a common understanding of the technology, and articulating its clinical and economic value proposition. Responsibilities include participating in product evaluations and installations, assessing needs, and ensuring comprehensive hands-on training on products, including maintenance and troubleshooting. The specialist will provide education and training to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts.
