Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi-location)
  • Promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions
  • Achieve and exceed departmental financial and unit sales targets
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and Comcast brand enhancement
  • Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
  • Conduct consultative process to enhance prospects' internal/external communication
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and positive Comcast experience
  • Manage defined territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan
  • Team with support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction, driving revenue growth
  • Consistently maintain pipeline for quota performance and above
  • Stay knowledgeable on products/services to support sales
  • Prepare sales and activity reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned
