Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years' progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements
  • 6+ years' technical experience
  • 2+ years' experience in leadership, resource, and budget management experience
  • Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes
  • Strong knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and significant experience in technical roadmap exercises
  • Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain engaged software engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross department leaders to ensure software specifications meet customer needs
  • Ability to see the big picture while focused on short-term objectives
  • Broad understanding of Information Technology solutions including technologies, platforms, applications and capabilities

  • Adhering to enterprise standards, vendor obligations, and service level agreements
  • Acting as a liaison and collaborating with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions
