Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in benefits administration or client services and 2 years of project management experience. A solid technical background, proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and high productivity, reliability, and organizational skills are required. The ideal candidate is initiative-driven, a problem-solver, team-oriented, and committed to client service.
The Senior Associate, Service Delivery will manage and provide technical guidance for implementing new client benefits websites, updating them with evolving requirements, and conducting quality assurance testing. They will respond to client inquiries, triage and resolve tickets within 24 hours, and maintain knowledge of internal systems. Responsibilities also include preparing and delivering technical presentations and trainings, driving process improvements, developing fulfillment procedures, managing carrier and payroll feeds, assisting with sales and marketing, and coaching team members. The role involves sharing innovative ideas and client needs with bswift teams.
