Responsibilities

The Client Success Manager will own the client relationship end-to-end, managing program launches, building strong client relationships, and serving as a trusted partner. Responsibilities include acting as a project manager for program launches, designing efficient program structures, creating standardized processes and playbooks, and managing internal and client expectations. The role involves analyzing and presenting key results, facilitating meetings, delivering technical and data-driven messages, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders. Additionally, the manager will develop comprehensive knowledge of demand management, services, DERs, and product functionality to shape program design and provide training.
