Responsibilities

The Technical Service Field Technician will provide on-site and remote technical support for Neogen equipment, including preventive maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include scheduling customer visits, preparing service quotes, developing travel itineraries, documenting customer interactions in Salesforce, and coordinating equipment installations. The technician will also communicate customer feedback to internal teams, support marketing efforts, promote new products, and conduct post-installation customer follow-ups, traveling up to 80% of the time.
