Candidates should have proven experience in motivating others and a track record of managing teams, with flexibility to work varied shifts, primarily Monday through Saturday, within Eastern U.S. time. Experience in a Member Benefit Services role is preferred.
The Manager, Member Benefit Services will manage a team of Member Services Representatives, conduct one-on-ones and performance reviews, and foster employee growth. They will gain in-depth knowledge of Maven's business and team responsibilities, lead by example to ensure empathetic member care, and act as an escalation point for member issues. Responsibilities also include directly answering member inquiries during high volume periods, iterating on processes for efficiency and accountability, ensuring team performance metrics are met, reporting on team metrics to leadership, aligning the team with organizational objectives, and maintaining team SOPs and workflows.
