Requirements

Responsibilities

The Manager, Benefit Operations Testing & QA will lead, coach, and develop a team of benefit configuration specialists to ensure high-quality delivery of the SmithRx product. This includes overseeing the build and management of pharmacy benefit plans, managing employee performance through scorecards and metrics, and providing feedback and coaching. The role involves scheduling employees, tracking productivity, participating in process improvement initiatives, and working with clients to understand benefit plan requirements. Responsibilities also include owning benefit configuration organization, providing leadership support for escalations, communicating project status to leadership, and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries from internal teams to improve member experience.
