Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with extensive experience in SaaS products, particularly within the benefit space, including Health, Retirement, and Insurance products. Fluency in Chinese is a bonus, and familiarity with interpreting technical documentation and translating API documentation into product requirements is required.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager - Benefits will clearly articulate the value proposition of their products, identify and validate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), quantify the impact of their work across key metrics, collaborate with multi-cultural teams and external vendors, manage integration projects, drive Go-to-Market (GTM) motions, empower internal teams in marketing, sales, implementation, and support, and conduct user research to understand pain points and prioritize jobs to be done. They will also engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product development and adoption.
