Candidates must have 5+ years of technology solution-based selling experience, including SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, or telephony. A demonstrated sales record of obtaining or exceeding quota is required, along with skills in conducting presentations, online web demos, and adhering to a measured sales process. Strong prospecting, engaging, and acquiring net new logos abilities are essential, as are good interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial flare, and a vibrant, energetic attitude. A BS degree is preferred, along with continued training and education.
The Senior Account Executive will drive new revenue by acquiring customers in designated territories and named accounts, consistently striking or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. This role involves greenfield technology field sales, leveraging remote resources like engineering and marketing, and partnering with regional VARs to identify, engage, and deliver new customers. Responsibilities include owning the strategy around funnel, pipeline, and forecasting, as well as managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling.
