Requirements

Candidates must have over 7 years of experience selling solutions to large organizations and demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for productivity enhancement. Proven experience in leading team quotas with validated achievement, managing horizontal extended resource teams, and negotiating large seven-figure deals with sophisticated terms is required. A history of coordinating with multifunctional teams such as Systems Engineers, Inside Reps, Field Marketing, Professional Services, and Channel Management is also necessary. A BA/BS degree or higher and the ability to travel over 50% of the time are essential.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Client Executive will build and manage an expert sales team, craft territory strategies to meet short and long-term goals, and ensure quotas are met. This role involves recruiting and developing direct sales management teams who in turn recruit, hire, develop, and run tiered sales teams. The executive will maintain a balance between team leadership and customer-facing interactions, and collaborate with extended sales teams to generate new business opportunities.
