The Key Accounts Director will sell enterprise security software, managed services, and consulting solutions, developing and owning relationships within assigned accounts to maximize revenue. This involves creating and executing strategic business plans for each account, identifying customer requirements, and aligning CrowdStrike's solutions accordingly. Responsibilities include timely CRM documentation, accurate forecasting, quarterly revenue delivery, and implementing account plans. Collaboration with marketing for account strategies, promoting CrowdStrike's products, and providing customer feedback for improvements are also key duties. This role manages the largest and most complex accounts, maintaining key relationships and selling to senior executives.
