Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative strategy and visual identity for Fetch’s B2B brand, ensuring a cohesive and elevated presence across every partner touchpoint
  • Direct and inspire a talented design team, fostering growth, collaboration, and creative excellence
  • Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to develop campaigns, sales enablement assets (presentations, case studies etc.), and creative solutions that drive business growth
  • Drive creative direction for industry events (e.g. Cannes Lions, CES, Groceryshop etc.) and Fetch’s owned-events and paid media activations (e.g. LinkedIn, sponsorships etc.)
  • Shape and evolve the B2B design system, providing scalable tools and templates that keep Fetch’s brand consistent and flexible
  • Balance creative leadership with hands-on design — contributing to key campaigns, concept development, and flagship materials
  • Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency through strong project management, clear feedback, and smart prioritization
