The Sales Supervisor will assist the Sales Manager in planning and coordinating sales activities to maximize sales volume and drive profitable growth. They will provide sales coaching and training to the sales staff, supervise sales professionals, and participate in hiring, training, and performance management. Responsibilities include implementing business strategies, managing pricing initiatives, assisting with new customer solicitation and retention, and reviewing sales activity funnels. The supervisor will ensure the effective use of the CRM tool, maintain accountability for sales goal achievement, proactively contact assigned accounts, and stay aware of market trends. They will also maintain knowledge of company services and pricing to sell additional services to clients and complete sales reports and customer service agreements.
