The Customer Success role at CoinTracker involves resolving customer support tickets from consumer customers and managing relationships with premium support segment/Enterprise Customers, engaging with customers through various channels, and providing regular insights and customer feedback to improve customer loyalty and product differentiation. This role also focuses on onboarding and managing Enterprise Clients, achieving retention goals, and driving a positive customer experience through ticketing and support, while identifying and implementing strategic improvements to reduce ticket volume and increase satisfaction.
