Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 7 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) sales, national account management, category management, and/or trade management. Experience leading customer relationships across two or more channels, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and ERP systems, and experience working with both Brokers and Distributors are required. Strong cross-functional experience, leadership, team-building skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Director of Sales will drive growth in key retailers and channels by developing Go-to-Market strategies and 3-year sales growth plans with actionable targets. They will achieve revenue, profit, and market share objectives using allocated trade budgets, and execute account plans and brand strategies to meet annual sales goals. Responsibilities include creating and evaluating trade promotion and shopper marketing plans, building relationships with customers, brokers, and distributors, leading customer business development and negotiations, and tracking shipments, POS consumption, and managing forecasts.
