Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience working with HubSpot CRM and Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS) is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and services, are essential. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team. HubSpot Sales or Marketing certification and prior agency experience are considered a plus.
The Sales Specialist will drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, promoting and selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, etc.) and/or HubSpot CRM solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads, conducting needs analysis, and tailoring customized proposals and presentations. The role involves managing the pipeline using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, collaborating with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
