Responsibilities

The Inbound Business Development Representative will generate prospects through strategic marketing campaigns, qualify/disqualify leads via phone and email, and re-engage prospects with previous interest. They will utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to manage opportunities and pipelines, set qualified appointments for the Account Executive team, and consistently hit or exceed daily productivity numbers. Responsibilities include conducting calls to qualify software products and services, continuously expanding product knowledge for a consultative approach, and educating potential customers. They will also nurture relationships with potential customers, collaborate with team members, and articulate the features and benefits of Bloomerang, understanding the competitive landscape and nonprofit sector conditions.
