Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to determine their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build and implement sales plans that compete in the market and achieve targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Provide world-class customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring happiness.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $57,300.00–$85,950.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
