YipitData is seeking an Account Development Manager to join our team and support our growing Hedge Fund client base. This role focuses on driving value, managing commercial relationships, and becoming an expert in our clients and products. You will balance competing priorities across a large set of clients in a new and fast-growing segment of our business.

Responsibilities

As an Account Development Manager at YipitData, you will:

Own and cultivate relationships with your clients by:

  • Leveraging product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement.
  • Becoming a trusted resource for clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service.
  • Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally.
  • Creating and executing account growth and engagement strategies.

Manage commercial strategy by:

  • Developing rapport with key decision makers.
  • Managing renewals from beginning to end.
  • Identifying and executing upsell opportunities to augment contract value.

Contribute to building best-in-class practices within our growing Client Strategy team and work towards future growth opportunities within the Business Development team or team leadership.

Requirements

You are likely to succeed if you have:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
  • The ability to build strategic relationships within your book of business to support renewal conversations, partnership presentations, and business expansion opportunities.
  • Passion for client success and a deep care for their investment questions and processes.
  • The ability to proactively identify and materialize value-adding opportunities for your client base through our research.
  • Experience managing a high-touch, high-volume client base.
  • The capacity to be both a self-starter and a team player.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to the future of data-driven investment research and a genuine interest in investment research and the markets.
