Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant client-facing experience, demonstrating the ability to build strategic relationships within their client base to support renewal conversations, partnership presentations, and business expansion opportunities. A passion for client success, coupled with a deep understanding of investment questions and processes, is essential, as is the capacity to proactively identify value-adding opportunities and materialize them through research.

Responsibilities

As an Account Development Manager at YipitData, you will own and cultivate relationships with clients by leveraging product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement, becoming a trusted resource through thought partnership and top-notch service, advocating for client needs cross-departmentally, and creating and executing account growth & engagement strategies. You will also manage commercial strategy by developing rapport with key decision makers, managing renewals from beginning to end, and identifying and executing on upsell opportunities to augment contract value, while contributing to building best-in-class practices within the Client Strategy team and potentially growing into the Business Development team or building a team of your own.
