Candidates should possess an Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in P&C Account Management, with desirable experience in the Health Care industry. Strong knowledge of P&C coverage, carriers, and the broker marketplace is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook) and excellent written, oral, and email communication skills.
The Commercial Lines Account Manager will oversee all aspects of the policy lifecycle from inception to renewals, manage P&C accounts including recording, auditing, and maintaining account records, interact with clients, prospects, and carriers, complete special projects, and perform additional duties as assigned, while consistently delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring service standards are achieved.
